As some may know, I've already been planning on quitting for quite some time, but I've now finally decided to actually do it.

I'll miss you guys, it's a great guild, and someday I might come back, I will however be frequenting this site occasionally.

And i was wondering if you are short of any class and need more of them,im new to the game and rolling any class wouldn´t be any problem for me as far as i know.(would probably be worthless anyway:P)

I won't come with a facit here. But as far as I know, I think we need most classes to balance a raid. This is thoughts for a 2-group raid.
First of all we need a tank. Though Druid, hunters and shamen can do some tanking, we need a main tank. So far hordes have only had the warrior as an option here. But fom TBC we can also choose to play paladins. And we need one tank for each group.
Second we need a healer. And even though a duo of druids can keep a tank alive towards any mob, most people think that a priest is always needed in end-raids. Here we also needs one healer in each group.
Third we need a crowdcontroller. Priests can shackle undead, and mages can sheep non-unded. Rogues can sap, so atleast one of this is needed too.
Fourth we need damagedealers. No mob goes down without some damage, and we need to take most down fast to be able to survive. And here warlocks, rogues and mages can do massive damage.
And fifth we need an off-tank. That's someone who can take mobs off casters and otherwise do serious tanking when needed. Here I think Shamen, hunters and druids shine.

That's just a start. What do you think is the "perfect" clan?

As most ppl may have seen, we've changed the rank system. You will find out how the system works on other places on this site, but here you will learn more about how we think the raid system will look like.

When I write this most members are in the lvlrange 30-50, and since the raidsystem are tuned to ppl above lvl 50 this will show you how we want this system to work.

First of all, all officers are Raid leaders. That includes me, and we are suppose to chose our own members to our own "clans". A clan will be showed as a rank in our system. And each officer can have up to 15 clanmembers. This is to make sure that there's enough members online to start the raids we want. With TBC the raid system will be slightly changed, so that most raids can be done with 2 groups. For larger raids (like old 40 char raids) we will simply link 3-4 clans together to do those. And when an officer asks you to join his clan consider that as a great honor. An officer shall try to balance his/hers clan, and we will start a new tread on how we shall balance these clans.

There are some of our officers that have alts on this server. And since they can only play one char at any time, I think they must be members of another clan than they lead theirself. These char are not officers, and should so be treated are regular clanmembers. However, since they also lead a clan theirself they must be "reserves" to the clans they join. For example: I lead a clan, and Ambeon leads another. We both have alts, and if we have alts in eachothers clan Buffnheal (shaman) can join Ambeons (warlock) clan to do a raid. Ambeons alts Leafren (rogue) or Nagashji (hunter) can join Misscomforts (priest) clan to join another raid later. Since we have our alts in some others clan, we can plan raids with our mains. But if needed, Misscomfort can of course use Buffnheal on her raid if that suits he raid better.

Most pre-raids in what we must call the old world can be done from lvl 50 and up. That's why we say that you can join a clan from lvl 50. However since we're still so many sub-50 I've been wondering wether we should allow ppl above lvl 40 to join raids. So far I'm on the no-side since you can't join a raid untill lvl 50, but I leave the discussion to the forum. As a leader I will listen to the forum, and change the guild according to what ppl suggest. But for major changes, the officers will also have a last word.
